End of the Year Band Calendar:

27 May 2012 – Sr. High Band plays Exeter Parade: Parade steps off at 2pm, students meet at intersection of Route 102 and Sunderland Road at 1:15pm.  Performance lasts approximately until 3:15pm (or until the end of the ceremony at the Exeter Library).

30 May 2012 – EWG Fine Arts Banquet: Students receiving awards will receive a formal invitation to the banquet, which starts at 6:30pm.  Anyone can attend, and the $25 registration fee includes a Chicken dinner.  Ceremony runs to 8:00pm.

3 June 2012 –Spring Band Concert, featuring Jr. High Jazz and Concert Bands, and the Sr. High Jazz and Concert Bands: Concert begins at 3pm, Jazz Bands report at 2:00pm, Concert Bands report at 2:30pm.  Doors open to public at 2:30pm.  Admission price $5 per adult, children attend free of charge.

14 June 2012 – Junior High Band performs at 8th Grade Moving Up Ceremony: Ceremony begins at 5pm, band reports by 4:30pm.  Ceremony ends at approximately 6:30pm (and 7th grade band is responsible for helping bring equipment back to band room).

16 June 2012 – Sr. High Band Plays at EWG Graduation: Performance from 1-3pm, report to URI Ryan Center by 2:15pm for warm-up and pre-graduation performance.
