Dear Parents of Senior High Band Members,

 On Tuesday, April 8, 2014, the EWG Senior High Band will be taking a performance trip to the RIMEA (Rhode Island Music Educator’s Association) Senior High Band Festival.  This year’s Festival is being held at Warwick Vets Senior High School.  Our students will be performing for Senior High School musicians from across the State, and will hear performances from other school groups as well. 

 Students will leave from our school at approximately 8:00am, and will return at approximately 1:00pm.  Bus transportation has been arranged to take us from EWG to/from Warwick Vets.  PLEASE RETURN ALL PERMISSION SLIPS TO ME NOT LATER THAN FRIDAY, MARCH 28, 2014.

 I am in need of SEVERAL chaperones for this trip, so if you are able to attend it would be greatly appreciated.  Please fill out the attached form, and return it to me as soon as possible.  You must have a school approved background check to attend – please download the forms below.  Thanks in advance for your support!
